Dodge Charger Safety Features

The Charger was first introduced by Dodge as a show car in 1964. It has continued as an enduring model due in part to the Dodge design team’s attention to detail. The braking system, for example, is one aspect of this model’s safety features.

The Rain Brake System, for instance, is alerted when you turn on the vehicle’s windshield wipers. It responds by adding a slight amount of pressure to the calipers in order to help keep them dry as you brake on wet surfaces. Another area of the braking system, the All-Speed Traction Control, continues with maintaining traction control when it senses the wheels slipping.
